Why should I involve the community in E-waste Recycling?
Many residents don’t know where to take their electronic devices for recycling, and many throw them away in the regular trash. This leads to e-waste being dumped in landfills, creating a great environmental hazard for the earth’s soil as toxic chemicals are absorbed into the ground.
